What You'll Be Doing Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met Monitor and optimize plant performance, identifying and resolving operational issues Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and product consistency Train and mentor production staff to build a high-performing team Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations What Are We Looking For Demonstrated leadership in a production or industrial environment Strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions Commitment to safety, quality, and team development Effective communication and organizational skills Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
