Job Title: Ticket Operations Representative Pay Details: The starting hourly rate range for this position is $19.50 to $22.30 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account. The Ticket Operations Representative is a full-time position that supports the ticketing needs of the Anaheim Ducks Sales Department as well as the Honda Center Premium Department. This position assists in the day-to-day operation of the Anaheim Ducks and Premium Ticket Operations Department in the areas of suites, club seats, season seats, partial plans and single day event tickets. Responsibilities Process ticket orders received from sales department in Archtics, including rental suites, season, partial plan, SRO, and club tickets Build ticket accounts, process payments and distribute tickets and ticket packages; including the Premium monthly mailing Generate ticket data reports using Excel on an as needed basis Assist with invoicing and payment reconciliation from Premium and Ducks ticket holders Work Honda Center events as the Premium Ticket point of contact along with assisting in the Box Office on Ducks game days; operate a game day Will Call window and act as initial level of problem resolution at Will Call Process season ticket upgrades at annual Select-A-Seat event Maintain accurate files of all correspondence and order forms for premium accounts, season accounts and all other ticket orders Provide excellent customer service for Premium clientele and Anaheim Ducks season ticket members; assist in resolving ticketing problems, guest complaints, etc. Perform duties as assigned Qualifications College degree preferred Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Excel required Demonstrated professionalism Technical knowledge of the Ticketmaster Archtics system preferred Able to work a flexible schedule, evenings, weekends and some holidays Able to work well with internal and external customers and demonstrate exceptional guest service skills over the phone and in-person Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Knowledge, Skills and Experience Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Required - 0-1 Year This position is on-site. Ciscos state-of-the-art StadiumVision platform has been installed throughout the arena, incorporating more than 500 HD Monitors into the venue, creating a world class immersive live entertainment experience. Debuting in fall of 2015 was a brand-new scoreboard measuring 27 feet tall and 47 feet 10 inches wide. The six millimeter diode equipped hardware features 1248 x 2208 lines of resolution, the clearest and highest definition picture available in any North American venue.
