Job Title Electro-Mechanical Inspector 2 Job Description Electro-Mechanical Inspector 2 performs moderate to complex PCBA/Cable assemblies and/ functional or electrical testing as well as the use of small hand tools (i.e.: calipers, pin gages, micrometer, etc.) The inspections may require the use of microscope for extended periods. Fill out quality records in an error-free manner. Your role: Reading and understanding basic mechanical blueprints, requisite knowledge, which provides an ability to complete inspections and record results including generating comprehensive non-conformance reports allowing the MRB to understand the non-conformances without the need for further clarification Performing all duties while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and quality system requirements Performing all duties while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and quality system requirements and communicating in a professional manner. Fine manipulation and simple grasping to utilize a computer and handheld inspection equipment Performing first article inspections and Engineering evaluation reports on items of moderate difficulty Frequent sitting and standing. May occasionally lift to 30 pounds. You're the right fit if: You have acquired knowledge of cGMP, ISO and QSR requirements with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated industry (ex. Medical, aerospace, automotive, etc.) You have High School Diploma or GED (REQUIRED. Associates degree is preferred (or equivalent training, education, and/or experience) You have SAP experience You are proficient in Windows, MS Office Suite You have IPC-A-610 workmanship standard training certification & IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standard certification You possess positive and respectful attitude, work well with others, maintain a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, be adaptable and be safety conscious. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in PA is $23.80 - $38.08 Hourly, plus overtime eligible The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
