Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Work: Provide quality supports to adults with mental illness in a residential home or apartment based setting Assist individuals to become more independent, allowing each person in our services to take a lead role in their own rehabilitation process Provide personal care, administer medications, and mentor individuals following their treatment and support plans Assist with cooking, cleaning, and other household responsibilities Plan meaningful recreational activities and take individuals into the community and to appointments as needed Complete daily documentation as required The Perks: $19.00 per hour Full Time Positions Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more Generous paid time off program Extensive training and learning opportunities Career development and advancement Tuition reimbursement available per eligibility requirements Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to learn and apply proficient computer skills, including the use of software and other web based systems Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, interpret and apply policies and regulations Valid driver's license and have daily access to a properly insured vehicle Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks.
