About the team: The team manages and reports on Data Foundation programs, driving enterprise-level discussions to maximize data asset value. They coordinate technical discussions, support data analysis, and deliver comprehensive Airtable reports. Collaborating across functions, the team builds strong relationships with stakeholders to align goals and ensure accountability. They prioritize continuous improvement, monitor program performance, and provide clear communication to leadership. Focused on effective project management and cross-functional leadership, the team fosters a results-driven environment that supports strategic initiatives and drives measurable business outcomes. Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and high-level deliverables. Monitor program performance through data analysis, key performance indicators, and return-on-investment assessments to identify improvement opportunities. Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting continuous learning and adaptability. Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership, driving informed decision-making and program success. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
