In this role, you will perform financial modeling and analysis of potential agriculture transactions and provide analytical support to senior members of the team. You will interact professionally with senior management, originators, borrowers, brokers, and investors. You will have the opportunity to work in both our debt and equity business within PAI. Within the Equity business, you will have the opportunity to work with both the Acquisition and Asset Management & Operations department professionals in the evaluation of prospective agricultural properties to acquire and evaluate existing investments to enhance returns, as well as conducting various industry commodity and market research and analysis projects. Within the Debt business, you will have the opportunity to work with the national Agribusiness lending arm of PGIM Real Estate in addition to the regional debt teams and conduct various industry research and analysis projects. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Conducting financial modeling to evaluate potential new investment opportunities for a wide variety of agricultural commodities in different geographic regions. Underwriting and analysis to support asset management decisions (e.g. acquisitions, financing, buy/sell scenarios, and property valuations, among others). Evaluating capital development projects for farmland properties under management. Providing analytical support on a wide variety of assignments including market research, review of property operating statements, cash flow modeling, property valuation, borrower credit review, and preparation of farmland investment recommendations and loan briefs for investment committee approval. Assist in the operation and reporting activities. Participate in ad-hoc projects to evaluate potential Agricultural Technologies to improve business efficiencies. What youll need: Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027 Minimum GPA of 3.2 Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
