Business Operations Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist (Level 4) to join the Propulsion Business Operations Supply Chain team in North Charleston, SC on Shift 1. Are you energized by complexity and thrive when collaborating with leaders across the business? The SC Propulsion Business Operations team and be at the center of mission-critical decision making. In this fast-paced role youll tackle complex problems, lead cross-functional projects, and work directly with senior executives, program leaders, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and key suppliers. Bring both strategic vision and hands-on drive to develop and deliver high-impact solutions that move programs forward. Position Responsibilities: Partner across functions to present coordinated strategies and recommendations on customer configuration and change requests Leading complex directives to address projects in support of airplane programs Guiding and facilitating the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel Coordinates commitments with internal and external organizations for large scale complex plans to fulfill the broad level strategies established by executive leadership Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case Presents plans to executive leadership to gain approval Ensures follow up action for issue resolution Drive and develop complex project strategies Regularly partner with Senior Managers and Executives Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of combined education and relevant work experience 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Business Operations 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams Strong communication skills & ability to interface with senior-level executives Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience coaching in highly matrixed organizations including highly diverse technology environments Experience in Customer introduction, Work Transfer, Change management, risk assessments, risk, mitigation Ability to look forward strategically and develop detailed solutions and specifications Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
