You will: Provide Essential Care: Deliver high-quality daily nursing support and remain highly responsive to resident call lights. Support Clinical Flow: Assist with the seamless management of admissions and discharges, as well as meal service coordination. Monitor & Report: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the clinical team by monitoring resident health and reporting any status changes to supervisors immediately.
