What Youll Do Operate and monitor production equipment used in drying, freezing, wet and dry processing, sifting, grinding, boxing, and packaging while following established safety and quality standards. Assemble, disassemble, clean, sanitize, and set up equipment and work areas to support efficient production operations. Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, participate in safety training and meetings, and apply Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. Perform Critical Control Point (CCP) checks, follow GMPs and SOPs, and promptly report product quality or handling concerns. Support production goals by preparing for shift transitions, completing scheduled cleaning and sanitation activities, and working overtime as needed. Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively across departments, and assist with training and onboarding new employees. What Youll Bring High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of six months of production experience, or an equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training. Basic reading, writing, and computer skills, with the ability to use ERP scanners when required. Ability to perform basic math calculations, accurately count items, report weights, and track inventory adjustments. Strong attention to safety, quality, and operational procedures in a manufacturing environment. Previous forklift experience is a plus. What You Can Look Forward To A full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with Saturdays as needed. Physical requirements that include standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, frequent bending and kneeling, pushing and pulling equipment, using required PPE, and regularly lifting or handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
