Job Description: Radiology Coordinator Location: Bohemia, NY Hours/Days: Monday-Friday In this role, you will: Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure all patient information is up to date and accurate, schedule and prep patients appropriately, ensure valid authorization is on file and obtain all relevant documentation for add on appointments Collaborate with rads/technologists to address any issues or changes with schedules. Address messages from other staff, departments, and MD offices. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines while handling sensitive patient information. Address all email inquiries as applicable in a timely manner. We require: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in radiology scheduling is required Strong communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
