What Youll Do: In this dynamic, client-facing role based in Morrisville, NC, youll partner with project teams and functional leaders to deliver and optimize Trusted Process activities across the drug development lifecycle. Facilitate with purpose: Lead key Trusted Process activities and dynamic, interactive meetings that energize cross-functional teams, promote strategic clarity, and drive impactful resultsmaintaining focus and enthusiasm from start to finish. Build trust: Create environments that foster open dialogue, mutual respect, and productive conflict resolution, handling challenging client situations with finesse and tact. Own your growth: Engage with leaders across the business, develop expertise in clinical development and project strategy, and lead initiatives that elevate our global standards. What You Bring: Bachelors degree, preferably in Clinical Research, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, or other sciences. 1-2+ years in pharma, biotech, or CRO environments is strongly preferred. Experience facilitating or leading cross-functional meetings, with the ability to sustain energy and engagement over long sessions. Proven excellence in communication and public speaking, with experience engaging senior stakeholders. Confidently manage complex, sensitive, or challenging conversations with professionalism, finesse, and tact. Demonstrated ability to balance structure and adaptability in process-driven environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven ability to adopt new technologies quickly. Strong emotional intelligence and comfort working with ambiguity and change. Professional presence and experience interacting across all organizational levels. Willingness to work onsite in Morrisville, NC, and open to travel up to 50% to client locations within the US. Salary range for this position is 47,000.00 - 68,933.33 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
