Part Time Student Server

What we offer Compensation: staring at $13.00 per hour, commensurate with experience Have weekday and weekend availability 3 shifts per week required NO LATE NIGHTS --Shift starts at 4:45pm and typically ends by 8:45 pm Hours that work with your school schedules Free meals for dining servers during their shift Scholarship opportunity for those who qualify. PTO in accordance with applicable state law Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age How you will make an impact Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders, delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service This position requires the ability to multi task with a sense of urgency. Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically Describe the days menu and specials, answer questions, and make recommendations Deliver food promptly and ensure that the guests are satisfied with their choices Assignments can include Serving, Busser, Runner, Meal Plater, Catering and Utility What you will need Current high school student, must be 16 years of age to apply Serving experience preferred, but we will train Ability to work in a face-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds. A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude Have good communication skills Have a friendly and energetic attitude Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
