What You Will Do: As Principal System Administrator, you will be supporting a Raytheon Special Access Program based in Tewksbury, MA. Build, maintain, and secure Information Technology systems and directly supporting customer mission-critical capabilities. Partner and work with program developers and system engineers to research issues, determine root causes and implement solutions to system problems. Collaborate and work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements. Systems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours. Must be able to support occasional after-hour maintenance and on-call support and must be able to lift to 35 pounds in support of hardware installations. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or a masters degree and minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience Must have an active DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (or higher) on start date. Experience using VMWare vCenter, vSphere, and ESX and/or other virtual computing methods Must have Red Hat Linux experience Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF Experience with data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies and solutions. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
