Our Space Sector in East Aurora, NY is looking for a Senior Buyer/Planner to join their team. The Senior Buyer/Planner has primary scheduling responsibility for multiple areas of the business. This person can expect to perform a blend of procurement and tactical planning functions, including maintaining advanced planning parameters for components and negotiating with various programs to optimize schedule. Risk assessments, complex data analyses, and tactical leadership are also core functions of the role, while managing multiple priorities to meet business deadlines. To be considered for the Senior Buyer/Planner role, you will need to bring with you: Bachelors degree in business, analytics, or a related field, and 2+ years relevant experience Or Associates degree in business, analytics, or a related field, and 6+ years relevant experience Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Any advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
