Full Job Description

Job Description: Carat is seeking a Paid Social Manager. In this role, you will lead the implementation and execution of Paid Social campaigns, including review, optimization and reporting. You will be reporting into the Associate Director of Paid Social. This role can be remote but will work EST hours. Responsibilities: · Support full-funnel paid social campaigns to align with client's key performance indicators, across a variety of paid social platforms · Drive effective client services and client relationships through accurate and timely communication · Develop and maintain relationships with key paid social partners and vendors to nurture performance growth · Create media plans that surpass client goals · Oversee and execute campaign builds, QAs and optimizations · Review and manage client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns · Build strong relationships across client services team and with external client Qualifications: · 3+ years of experience using paid social media platforms and leading campaigns across Meta Ads Manager/Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit · Knowledge and understanding of the basics in paid media, full-funnel marketing and the ability to collaborate across paid media disciplines and departments · Ability to manage paid social campaigns from A-Z with limited oversight · Agency experience and client-facing experience a must · Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills and strong Excel skills · Strong QA abilities with an eye for detail · Strong organizational skills and project management ability · Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written · Ability to analyze and interpret large quantities of data. Ability to create QBRs, and speak strategically to campaign insights #LI-JK1 #LI-Remote The annual base salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
