Provide support to Amcor Healthcare Packaging Oshkosh by facilitating daily shipment/receipt of goods and accurately identify material received while ensuring accurate inventory counts are maintained. Schedule: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized We reward great work with: Pay: $21.06/hour 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one Paid time off and holidays Growth and development opportunities Job Description: Possibility Unpacked What You Will Do: Safety & Compliance: Champion a safety-first culture by actively promoting safe practices and promptly addressing safety and quality concerns. Follow all GMP, ISO, PPE, and company procedures. Operations & Equipment: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Receive, verify, and document all incoming materials and supplies. Prepare and stage orders for shipment, including wrapping and labeling with accurate paperwork. Load/unload products and transport materials to designated areas. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and assist in locating specific items. Ensure proper segregation and pallet inversion of materials as needed. Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized; support general plant and warehouse housekeeping. Team Support & Flexibility: Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives. Understand and apply relevant procedures, work instructions, and documentation. Support miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
