About the team: The Digital and Operations Transformation team at Walmarts Global Talent & Learning leads cross-functional digital initiatives to modernize work processes and enhance global business operations. This team excels in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Members collaborate closely with stakeholders to influence decisions and deliver measurable outcomes. Focused on advancing operational goals and associate experience, the team prioritizes effective risk management, clear project documentation, and leadership to ensure successful execution of complex projects across the organization. What you'll do... Plan travel for leadership in coordination with multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives and results Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure targets are met. Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance management to build a collaborative team environment. Partner with senior leaders to define goals, risks, and success criteria, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executives. Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy. Evaluate program performance using data analytics, recommend adjustments, and influence cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes. Foster strong relationships across teams to support business objectives and promote a culture of accountability and integrity. What you'll bring... Proven expertise in program management with a strong track record of driving business plans and project execution. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve strategic objectives. Skilled in decision making, prioritizing assignments, and resolving critical issues through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement. Experience in process improvement and business process optimization aligned with organizational goals. Excellent communication skills to develop and deliver clear program strategies and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
