Job Description SUMMARY: As part of the Events, Conferences, & Support Services team, this position is responsible for physically setting up furniture, staging, installations, and related elements for campus events, projects, and office moves; and makes deliveries and performs assembly or breakdown of equipment and furnishings, as needed. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT: Maintenance QUALIFICATIONS: Performs work collaboratively as a team, and independently with minimal supervision Demonstrated customer service skills Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Strong verbal communication and listening skills Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities Excellent organizational skills General knowledge of the use of small electric and hand tools, basic furniture repair, forklifts, and the operation of various sizes of trucks General computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn new computer software programs EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: H.S.
