Job Title: Project Manager Company: Prologis A day in the life The Project Manager supports the Operational Excellence team by managing cross-functional projects that improve business processes, operational execution, and stakeholder outcomes. This role partners with project sponsors, leaders, and project teams across real estate operations, technology-enabled processes, corporate functions, sales efforts, and new product line stand-up work. They coordinate project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, risk mitigation, and closeout activities to help teams deliver defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The role adds value by bringing structure, proactive communication, and continuous improvement discipline to projects that may involve ambiguity and evolving stakeholder needs. Key responsibilities include: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned project teams, sponsors, leadership, and stakeholder groups. Coordinate and drive project setup activities, including stakeholder analysis, schedule baselining, budget estimation, resource planning, kickoff, and review cycles. Plan, execute, monitor, control, document, and communicate project scope, schedule, cost, technical performance, resource use, and key deliverables. Provide regular project status updates, reports, and communications that identify progress, risks, issues, decisions, and next steps. Review project data, documentation, and invoicing for accuracy, completeness, and alignment to project expectations. Use metrics, KPIs, and project tools to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes to project operations. Lead project risk mitigation, issue resolution, stakeholder expectation management, project meetings, closing activities, lessons learned, and archiving of business artifacts. Building blocks for success Required: 6+ years of project management experience. Experience managing project estimating, budget tracking, scheduling, scope, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications. Ability to coordinate multiple project workstreams, prioritize work, and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use project data, reports, spreadsheets, graphs, flowcharts, metrics, and KPIs to monitor progress and support decisions. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with team members, sponsors, leaders, and stakeholder groups at multiple levels. Ability to exercise independent judgment, navigate ambiguity, and execute work with limited direction. Willingness to learn and apply Lean principles and continuous improvement practices in daily work. Preferred: Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience. Experience applying Lean, PDCA, change management, or program management practices to improve business processes. Experience performing cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for new efforts or proposed changes. Experience building consensus, asking probing questions, and incorporating constructive feedback to improve project outcomes. Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and decisions using a sound fact base while balancing cost, risk, and short- and long-term impact. Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes. Hiring Salary Range of: Hiring Salary Range of: $118,400 - $162,800.
