About the team: The Specialty Compliance and Ethics team ensures adherence to regulatory requirements by managing comprehensive workflows and data requests across multiple jurisdictions. It supports policy development, compliance risk management, and governance strategies while maintaining high ethical standards. Members contribute to monitoring compliance concerns, analyzing regulatory trends, and preparing reports for leadership. What you'll do: Monitor and research laws, regulations, and policies relevant to specialty compliance and ethics. Draft, update, and maintain policies and standard operating procedures with leadership input. Identify compliance risks and gaps, recommending strategies and solutions to address them. Collect and analyze data to create reports on compliance findings and communicate results to management. Develop and execute legislation assessment strategies, forecasting regulatory impacts on business operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to support compliance initiatives and ensure alignment with company standards. Provide expert guidance on compliance best practices and support continuous improvement efforts.
