Staff Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Staff Analyst (Level 4) to join our BCA Lean Team in Everett, Washington. As a Staff Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of organizational plans and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, data management, and project management skills, a rigorous analytical mindset, excellent problemsolving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. This role supports leadership by collecting and analyzing data and information, facilitating our operating rhythm, and managing employee-related initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Primary Responsibilities: Manage project delivery endtoend: define scope, maintain schedules, track milestones, and coordinate crossfunctional owners and dependencies. Monitor plan execution and risks; escalate issues, recommend mitigations, and communicate clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Lead facilitation and logistics for large working sessions and leadership reviews to enable alignment and timely decisionmaking. Produce clear, executivelevel communications; tailor messaging to audience and decision context. Own the organizational rhythm: manage cadences, decision calendars, and followup tracking. Integrate and validate data from multiple sources to produce reports and dashboards. Lead research and analysis of strategic issues; present clear options, impacts, and recommendations. Coordinate and facilitate large meetings, events, facility needs, and related logistics. Drive continuous improvement and automation of planning and reporting workflows. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 7+ years of handson project management experience with proven ability to deliver crossfunctional initiatives. Strong data management and analytical skills; comfortable synthesizing multiple data sources into reliable reports and recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication across organizational levels; experience producing executive briefings and stakeholder presentations. Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks. Proficiency in M365 suite.
