Position Summary... We are seeking a Manager, Project and Construction to support the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and retail initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining clear communication across project teams, identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring construction quality, safety, and budget discipline, supporting operational transitions once construction is complete and maintaining project delivery according to company established project timelines. The position partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver results aligned with business needs while upholding company policies, values, and standards of integrity. This role also supports associate development and fosters a culture of belonging, accountability, and continuous improvement. What you'll do... Maintain open lines of communication among project participants, sponsors, clients, and stakeholders Identify project risks and vulnerabilities, develop contingency plans, and conduct regular and ad hoc project reviews Plan, estimate, organize, staff, and monitor construction and operational projects using established tools and methods Communicate reporting requirements and implement monitoring and control mechanisms to track progress Support budget management by using basic budgeting tools and assisting with reports, data collection, and change orders Ensure construction quality, safety, and compliance by monitoring workmanship, enforcing standards, and supporting safety programs Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to resolve issues and drive results What Youll Bring...
