Expected Pay Range: $85,000/year-$95,000/year Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics. What Youll Do Grow and support assigned customer accounts while developing new sales relationships in partnership with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams. Build strong customer relationships through frequent communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings as needed. Drive profitable growth by executing account strategies and supporting customers in developing high-quality, nutritious products. Facilitate new projects by gathering customer requirements and coordinating internal alignment to move opportunities from concept to execution. Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Specialists, and Account Services to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Conduct customer visits and attend external events, with domestic travel approximately 24 times per month. What Youll Bring Two or more years of consultative, customer-focused sales experience with demonstrated results. Bachelors degree in business administration or a related business discipline. Experience in the food, beverage, and/or dietary supplement industry preferred, with functional ingredient sales experience a plus. Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as MS Teams. What You Can Look Forward To Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods, using a keyboard and handling documents. Sufficient vision, hearing, and verbal communication abilities to work effectively in person and by phone. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Primarily an indoor office environment with occasional exposure to typical office noise. Travel by vehicle and/or air is required approximately 24 times per month based on customer needs.
