Job Description Summary: The Analyst I, Accounts Receivable role will be responsible for the invoicing of clients, tracking of unbilled fees, responding to inquiries, quarterly fee calculations and the logging of reported risk events. As timely and accurate billing of clients drives cash flow, this is a critical role within the Accounting and Finance Department. Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES Timely and accurate billing of clients in accordance with contractual terms Review status for active contracts to ensure fees have been billed as appropriate Review status for active contracts to ensure unbilled fees have been documented Ensure all reported risk events/errors are logged in the Portal Respond to inquiries from clients and the business Review the email inbox of the team to ensure all requests have been responded to Calculation of asset-based fees MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BS degree in accounting or business administration Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products A team-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work well independently and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong reasoning and analytical skills Base salary range for this role: Pay Range Minimum: 57700 Pay Range Maximum: 75000 In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
