Position Summary... What you'll do... Key Responsibilities: Use cut-resistant gloves when handling GMS 520 and GMS 1600 blades during equipment setup and teardown. Demonstrate knowledge of different meat cuts, meat quality, and proper meat handling requirements. Properly handle gondolas and related equipment. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot TVI slicing machines, performing minor repairs as needed. Follow quality control processes and standards to ensure products meet required specifications. Measure and adjust slicing machines to maintain product quality. Coordinate with team members and promptly report any issues or concerns to management. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the use of the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; and recommending improvements.
