STV is seeking a Construction Manager II to lead the successful delivery of complex construction projects. In this role, you will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate construction activities throughout the project lifecycle. Develop project execution plans, including scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and construction strategies. Lead and oversee project teams, including field staff, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and support personnel. Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources. Direct field operations and provide guidance on project plans, specifications, and construction requirements. Monitor project performance, including schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives, and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project progress. Prepare and communicate project status updates, including progress, cost, and resource reports. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, environmental, and safety regulations. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment while supporting the development and success of project teams. Identify opportunities to improve construction processes, efficiency, and project outcomes. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 7 years of construction management experience. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and subcontractors. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, safety practices, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced project environment.
