We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join our chemical plant operations team. This role is responsible for handling, loading, and unloading a variety of chemical products, including Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), drums, bulk trucks, and rail cars. The position requires strict adherence to safety protocols, accurate documentation, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Load and unload IBCs, drums, bulk trucks, and rail cars following established safety and operational procedures. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required. Inspect containers, hoses, and fittings for leaks or damage prior to loading or unloading. Follow chemical handling procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Accurately complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Support other warehouse and plant operations as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, chemical plant, or industrial environment preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
