Full Job Description

The Mid-Market Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves developing account strategies, identifying client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. The Account Manager acts as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring the successful execution of services and driving client retention. This role is hybrid and will require 1-3 days in our Guilford CT office. Your Impact: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives. Develop and implement account plans to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve client issues. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients. Successful Candidates Will Have: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in account management or client services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $85,000.00 - $110,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
