In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our technology landscape. You will work closely with business and technology teams to understand their needs, ensuring alignment with our overall enterprise architecture strategy. The Advanced Enterprise Architect will be charged with working with the head of architecture to develop and grow the EA function within Wintrust. They will be tasked with obtaining TOGAF and ArchiMate fundamentals if not already obtained, as well as learning our Architecture tooling. They will also be tasked to work with Stakeholders to develop and write Architectural Advisories, Standards, and Principles. They or their team in conjunction with the Head of EA, develop and Support the Architecture Review Board and its associated components. What Youll Do Architecture Design and Development: Contribute to the design and development of enterprise architecture artifacts, including system architecture, data architecture, and application architecture. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. Present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in enterprise architecture or related roles. Good understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework) and basic proficiency and understanding of modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, UML). Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF Certified Architect) preferred. Experience with Orbus Infinity helpful and experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture Workspace (APM) helpful. Experience in the financial services industry helpful and knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS) helpful.
