Position type: Hourly Process Engineer FULL-TIME | Rancho Cordova Assist in maintaining and improving manufacturing processes through data-driven problem solving, process monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production goals, product quality, and cost-effective operations as proposed by management/Operational Excellence teams. Your tasks: Close coordination with the CERATIZIT Group to define OE projects and project teams for transferring production technology Establishing new technology and processes and implementing new products into the production portfolio Assist in preparing and reviewing quotations for special product requests Introduction of Continual Improvement Process (KVP) and PDCA Management Conduction and documentation of grinding tests for improving tool quality Your profile: BS Engineering or related field. Alternative of other education with emphasis on production processes or several years of experience Strong computer proficiency (all MS office applications), IT background a plus Superior time management, prioritization and project management skills High intrinsic motivation to positively complete projects Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Strong benefits: A stable job in an internationally established company Complete benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Sick Time, PTO and 11 paid holidays per year Competitive wages with annual increases bases on performance Alcohol and drug-free workplace.
