About the team: The team is responsible for establishing vendor numbers for all suppliers engaged with Walmart, ensuring accurate and compliant vendor setup. They support business operations by managing regulatory compliance, benefits administration, and delivering exceptional customer service. The team collaborates across departments to maintain data integrity, resolve complex issues, and uphold company policies. Their work enables seamless supplier interactions and supports Walmarts commitment to operational excellence. Members apply analytical skills and effective communication to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to legal and procedural standards, contributing to the overall success of enterprise business services. What you'll do: - Support business areas by analyzing initiatives, interpreting data, and providing recommendations aligned with objectives. - Manage compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies through monitoring and implementing action plans. - Handle escalated customer service issues, providing technical support and benefits education to internal and external stakeholders. - Coordinate equipment, software, and network requests, ensuring timely resolution and vendor collaboration. - Administer security access protocols, maintain confidential information, and support remote access environments. - Collaborate with teams to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
