Diesel Mechanic McKinney, Texas Pay: $23.00 $35.00/hr (based on experience) Schedule: MondayFriday with some Saturdays 5am Start | 1012 hours/day | 5060 hours/week Location: McKinney, Texas Join Our Team Were looking for a skilled and motivated Diesel Mechanic to support our McKinney fleet operations. In this essential role, you'll keep our garbage trucks running smoothly by performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairsincluding work on hydraulics, electrical systems, and minor engine issues. What We Offer Competitive Pay: $23$35 per hour, based on experience Tool Allowance: $200/month to support your personal tool kit Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunities for advancement What Youll Do Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on diesel vehicles Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems Complete minor engine repairs and parts replacement Keep accurate service records and ensure safety compliance What You Bring Experience: 3+ years in diesel or heavy truck maintenance Certifications: ASE certification preferred Licensing: Class A or B CDL is a plus #ACMaintenance Waste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
