What you'll do: Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, product layouts, and featured displays. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership. Develop and manage product roadmaps and campaign launch plans, ensuring alignment with business goals. Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable reports to support decision-making. Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
