As a Process Engineer, a typical day will include the following: Provide engineering support in multiple areas of manufacturing. Specify, develop, justify, implement, and sustain assembly equipment and materials. Improve quality, yield, efficiency, and capacity of processes in accordance with strategic objectives. Apply statistical problem solving to identify root cause, evaluate new equipment and processes and process improvement activities. Interpret results and provide recommendations to management. Keep abreast of new developments in equipment, industry standards, be practices, and developments in assembly processes. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. Understand. Create. Simplify. Other duties as assigned. Pay Range Data: We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
