Support Technician (Part-Time) Hawthorne, NV Hourly Pay: $17$20 DOE Location: On-site | No Travel Required Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Join World Kinect as a Support Technician and play a key role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our Quick Fuel cardlock fueling site in Hawthorne, NV. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to be part of a company committed to operational excellence and environmental compliance. What Youll Do Site Maintenance & Upkeep: Perform general repairs, painting, and equipment maintenance to keep the site clean, safe, and operational. Customer Support: Assist customers on-site with fueling issues and provide friendly, knowledgeable support. Equipment Troubleshooting: Repair and maintain card readers, dispensers, and POS systems. Regulatory Compliance: Support inspections and maintain records related to UST/AST systems, hazardous materials, and environmental plans (SPCC, SWPPP, etc.). Snow & Safety: Conduct light snow removal and ensure signage and safety standards are met. Inventory & Supplies: Manage consumables like paper towels and windshield washer fluid, and coordinate with contractors as needed. Emergency Response: Be available for on-call support to troubleshoot urgent issues and ensure site continuity. What You Bring At least 3 months of relevant maintenance or technical experience. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace); Salesforce or Smartsheet experience is a plus. Willingness to obtain certifications such as UST Operator (Class A/B or C) and 24-hour HAZWOPER training. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
