Drive seamless order experiences as an Order Management Associate! Manage distributor orders from start to finish, handling all pre-order inquiries and post-booking support. Excited to streamline order experiences? Join our team as an Order Management Associate today! What You Will Do Order Entry: Process distributor purchase orders in the order management system. Customer Requests: Manage document reprints, pricing, and availability inquiries. Issue Resolution: Address electronic order discrepancies and provide solutions for delivery delays, price issues, and part changes. Order Tracking: Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Additional Transactions: Handle expedites, certificates of compliance, and other required customer documentation. What You Will Bring Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience: CRM experience preferred. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
