Operations Production, Senior Coordinator (Hybrid) As an Ops Production Senior Coordinator for the Legal Intake Fulfillment and Escalations (LIFE) team, you will work to deliver flawless execution when intaking and processing legal orders from numerous channels. You will be responsible for opening, staging, scanning and uploading various types of legal orders (levy, garnishment, and restraint legal orders), handling escalated cases, and internal QA. The role requires attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally within the team and externally (other Capital One departments, customers, and outside agencies). Responsibilities: Manage, sort, and prepare incoming legal orders for uploading to legal module system Monitor and manage the special processing mailbox, CSC management system and Omnibus. Partner with Levies & Garnishment Processors to escalate, identify trends and track volume Utilizes problem solving skills to resolve unidentified legal orders and identify process improvements Ability to manage multiple tasks appropriately prioritize workflow and get the job done in an efficient manner Participate and actively engage in personal & team development Ability to handle other duties as assigned by management and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work extended hours as necessary to meet deadlines & team goals Work collaboratively and independently Exhibits professionalism with associates at all levels and external contacts Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail is a must Will include working onsite to receive and batch incoming mail Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM Location: This role requires on site attendance Monday through Friday every other week Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience At least 1 year experience working in the Financial Industry At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 years of Bank Operations Experience At least 6 months experience reviewing and working with Legal documents At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Richmond, VA: $49,774 - $49,774 for Sr Ops Prod Coor Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
