Below are some of the many benefits of joining our team: 4 weeks of parental leave with 100% pay Employee Assistance Program Access to Emotional Health support Employee Assistance Program Health & wellbeing resources 401K with company match Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance $750 annual Continuing Education allowance for licensed technicians Substantial employee pet discounts Scrub allowance Provide daily snacks and drinks 4-10 hour shifts Ideal candidate: * 2 years experience in a veterinary hospital setting * Full-time with flexible availability. * Able to multi-tasking in a busy environment * Able to provide excellent client service * Passionate about patient care * Team oriented Skills: Proficient and/or willing to learn * IV catheter placement and venipuncture * Anesthesia monitoring and recover * Set up and assist with procedures *Appointment management: obtain histories, medical record keeping, invoice and patient discharge, prepare and dispense prescriptions, and educate clients. Physical Requirements: Dependable attendance is required. Any allergies to animals must be controllable through medication. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Must be willing to work long or irregular hours under pressure conditions. This position requires the ability to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly during a minimum 8-10 hour day.
