What We Offer Competitive pay: $30$35/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Reliable hours available PRN opportunities within the largest network in South Carolina Supportive, team-oriented rehab environment Opportunity to grow into full-time or long-term roles Position Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic care that improves residents mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care as directed by the Physical Therapist Carry out treatment plans prescribed by the physician and therapist Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes Assist with rehab and patient care conferences Monitor and report patient progress and changes Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy programs and post-discharge care Assist with training of Restorative Aides Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment Report equipment concerns and ensure proper maintenance Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required) Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Greenville Post Acute?
