About the role Membership Representative - Beaumont, TX On-call / as-needed, working on an as needed basis HealthFitness is looking for a Membership Sales Representative to join the team at our client site located in Beaumont, Texas. In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills. This is an on-call position covering for regular staff when they are unable to work. Key Accountabilities: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members. Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals. Promoting and attending facility social events. Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members. May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isnt available. Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests. Other duties as needed/assigned Minimum Requirements High School Diploma/GED. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. 1-2 years previous sales experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and communicates effectively. Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives. Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.
