Job Description General Summary: The Program Quality Senior Specialist plays a key role on the US Patient Support Center of Excellence (COE) Program Quality team, contributing to the success of the program by providing project and operational support for key activities. This role is expected to oversee the Patient Enrollment process, support quality management processes including but not limited to event reporting and deviation management (GxP and non-GxP), patient support activities such consent monitoring. The Specialist will report to the Associate Director of Program Quality in the COE. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Quality Management Support Support critical GxP quality reporting activities including triage, historical look backs, AE/PC Reconciliation Support the GxP Quality team with deviation management activities including logistics and project coordination Support other Program Quality activities including but not limited to preparing for audits, assisting with continuous program quality monitoring activities, and data collection exercises Monitoring relative Program Quality Team inboxes Program Operations Support Act a Subject Matter Expert for patient enrollment and consent Verify and process patient enrollment forms and related documents (consent forms, Prior Authorization letters, etc.) received via fax, email, and portals and confirms patient eligibility to enroll in the Patient Support Program Assist with continuous program quality monitoring activities by assisting with data collection, analysis and reporting Support other patient enrollment needs across the COE as appropriate under the guidance of the Associate Director Work with Associate Director to identify and implement process improvements and enhancements related to enrollment and consent Other Duties Be an engaged member of the Program Quality Team and participate in routine meetings and events Participate in Patient Support Program Quality Representative Team Support on-going training for the PSPs including new hire training and in-service training Be a data and process champion, continuously identifying areas of opportunity for improved data quality · Other duties as assigned by the Associate Director and Director of Program Quality Knowledge and Skills: Strong project coordination skills including developing project charters, monitoring project milestones Highly organized with the ability to work Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through in communication to internal and external partners Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability explain complex information to others in a simple but meaningful way Working knowledge of MS Excel Appreciation for patient support programs and associated HIPAA regulations, as well as other legal parameters and patient privacy policies Patient-centric and customer service-minded Passion for data quality and adherence to process improvement Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task and self-prioritize workload; Comfortable working in a team-based/matrixed environment Intellectually curious with a continuous improvement and problem-solver mindset Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry including experience working with patient services or a customer-centric function Other Requirements: Preferred Skills Product launch experience of drugs with complex service models Experience working in Salesforce CRM environments Pay Range: $70,300 - $105,400 Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
