Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, plays a critical role in enhancing supply chain operations by implementing process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions. This position involves analyzing data to optimize networks, resolving escalated issues, and supporting carrier compliance. The role requires providing expert guidance, driving cost efficiencies, and fostering strong partnerships across stakeholders. The analyst contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives while upholding company policies and ethical standards to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction. About the team: The Global Logistics Operational Payment Team oversees payment processes for transportation, warehousing, customs, and freight activities worldwide. The team ensures invoice accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, supporting financial transparency and operational decision-making. Collaborating across functions, the team drives process improvements and maintains alignment with company standards. Their work directly contributes to efficient supply chain operations and supports business goals by providing critical financial insights. This team values precision, accountability, and continuous enhancement to uphold high standards in global logistics payment management. What you'll do: Implement and improve supply chain processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions within agreed timelines. Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to enhance network efficiencies and support supplier compliance processes. Investigate root causes of shipping, receiving, inventory, and return exceptions, providing actionable insights for resolution. Guide field operations by communicating expectations to suppliers and transporters and supporting daily issue escalations. Drive process improvements using lean concepts and end-to-end costing to reduce waste and optimize costs. Build strong partnerships to identify business needs, monitor progress, and capitalize on improvement opportunities. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in supply chain management and analysis, with a strong focus on process improvement and root cause analysis. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with invoice auditing, accruals, and carrier management. Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and streamline supply chain operations. Demonstrated capability to implement sustainable business solutions and manage escalations within distribution networks.
