Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager/ Principal Project Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This Position is located onsite in Melbourne, FL. This position is for the role of a Program Integrator. The selected candidate will be part of a diverse organization of project integrators within the Program Integration Team. The candidate is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and will serve as the liaison between program management and integrated product teams. This individual contributor will work with the Radar Capability Team on all program reporting and executive level presentations. The candidate will be required to improve their knowledge of industry practices and standards and demonstrate the skill and ability to perform professional tasks. This individual should possess leadership and team building capabilities and have strong interpersonal skills. Must possess solid organization abilities and be a motivated, flexible team player. Some travel may be required. Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to): Programmatic operation and integration directly supporting the Program Office in day-to-day execution Assess project issues, and support development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives Development, implementation, and maintenance of tools/templates for monitoring project progress Preparation of status reports and presentations for NGC internal and Customer meetings Basic Qualifications for Project Management: Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience in Project Management, Program Integration/Execution; or a masters degree Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; the ability to create, manage, and manipulate the tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Active secret or top-secret clearance (last investigation completed within last 6 -years) and the ability to attain and maintain program access (PAR) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs. Basic Qualifications for Principal Project Management: Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Integration/Execution; or a masters degree and 3 years of experience in Project Management, Program Integration/Execution Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; the ability to create, manage, and manipulate the tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Active secret or top-secret clearance (last investigation completed within last 6 -years) and the ability to attain and maintain program access (PAR) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs. Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years experience general business environment with preference in project management, program integration Masters Degree from an accredited university Intermediate to advance skills with Microsoft Office tool suite Knowledge of Project Management principles and experience utilizing them professionally Familiarity with the Program Management Framework (PMF) Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously Experience with interfacing with all levels of employees and Leadership SharePoint experience Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $81,900.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
