Contract Performance Manager

Job Description Summary Own the outcome. As a Contract Performance Manager, you are the single point of contact responsible for the technical and operational success of our customers power generation assets and the financial performance of the contract. This role bridges the gaps between outage planning & execution, technical leadership, contract management, commercial strategy, and customer satisfaction; with the north star being safe, predictable and reliable operation of our customers assets. This role will grow your operational, technical, commercial and customer service skills. Job Description What Youll Own Asset Performance: Lead the full lifecycle of outages, parts, and repairsfrom planning and scheduling to proactive risk mitigation. Operational Execution: Be the primary owner of the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA). Your goal is zero-harm, high-quality, on-time maintenance that ensure maximum reliability, availability and performance. Lead all site actives and prioritize with SQDC mindset. Customer Partnership: Serve as the trusted technical advisor to the customers site teams, translating complex operational challenges into clear, actionable solutions; be the conduit into GE Vernova Gas Services functions and resource pools to drive responsiveness, issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Strategic Improvement: You aren't just following a playbook; you are writing it. Identify waste, inefficiencies and champion continuous improvement projects that drive efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability. Commercial Accountability: Take ownership of the contracts bottom line, including invoicing, cash collection, and driving long-term profitable growth. What youll bring: (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and at least 5 years of experience in the power generation industry; or an associates degree from an accredited university or college with 7 years of experience in a power generation industry or a high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of experience in the power generation industry. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidates experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
