This position will be virtual remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States. Teleworking arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Contracting for Executive Search, Consulting, Professional Services and/or various products Managing all aspects of key and strategic suppliers including supplier relationship, performance and corrective action Lead sourcing activities for professional services Preparing requests for proposal packages (RFx) for SOW Conducting competition, analysis and evaluation of bidder proposals, facilitating the selection/recommendation of the winning bidder, negotiating agreement terms, conditions, provisions and pricing, issues awards, preparing and administering resulting contracts and orders Strong emphasis on commercial contracting and terms and conditions Must be able to review and communicate requirements to supply base for compliant bids Participate as an integral member of the proposal team Reviewing suppliers agreements to ensure Northrop Grummans minimum requirements are met and all risk areas are identified and mitigated Negotiating terms and conditions of all components of contractual agreements, including Statements of Work, Professional Services Agreements, and Purchase Agreements Negotiating and coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to existing contracts or purchase orders Positive price negotiation Reviewing and negotiating service agreements Issuing Purchase/Change Order(s) to support contracts. Post-award administration including project implementation support to ensure supplier(s) adherence to contractual deliverables and timeline Providing effective corrective action follow up for significant performance issues with suppliers Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree with a minimum 8 years relevant experience OR Masters degree with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience OR Associates degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience Must have experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, program management, and/or project management Critical requirements: Excellent organizational skills Demonstrated negotiation skills Sourcing strategies Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management/executives Strong problem solving and analytical skills Program or project management expertise Relationship development skills Ability to work with minimum direction and in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment Demonstrated experience supporting consulting, professional service, purchase order development, invoice resolution, supplier onboarding process Preferred Qualifications Large subcontract experience, i.e. $1million + annual spend Experience in SAP/S4 procurement module Experience in negotiation of terms and conditions including demonstrated positive results benefiting the internal requestors and company Masters degree in Business or Supply Chain course of study Primary Level Salary Range: $93,800.00 - $140,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
