Job Description Lead the design and implementation of Java-based applications; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers; Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions; Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards; Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Java development; Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team; Act as a subject matter expert on Java technologies and frameworks.
