Maintenance Technician- Tucson House

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at our Tucson House property! What Youll Do Perform daily repairs for electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and on-call needs Prepare and turn vacant apartments using our make-ready process Complete regular inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal Maintain exterior grounds and pool areas Coordinate with vendors and manage basic inventory and supplies What Youll Bring Two years of property or building maintenance experience HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification CPO certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair Valid drivers license and insurable driving record Ability to work independently with strong customer service skills Why Work With Us Competitive salary starting at $25/hour & eligibility in our property bonus program!
