Position Summary... The Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving strategic financial planning and analysis to support business performance. About the team: The team provides comprehensive financial, analytical, and planning support to Total Rewards leadership. It plays a key role in strategic financial planning, variance analysis, and business performance evaluation. Collaborating across functions, the team ensures robust internal controls and enhances reporting transparency. Members contribute to forecasting, process improvement, and risk mitigation while preparing financial models and presentations for senior management. The team fosters continuous learning, accountability, and effective communication to support business goals and decision-making. Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend future expense targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and communicate significant variances. Manage complex control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency. Develop and present financial models and business cases to senior management, supporting informed decision-making. Partner with senior leadership to identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives, providing actionable insights. Oversee and mentor associates, fostering development and accountability within the finance team. Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting continuous improvement and adaptability.
