Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage a team of Program Planning & Scheduling Analysts Perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews Develop direct team knowledge and depth Prepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives. Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. Provides weekly status and reporting Conducting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to: o DCMA 14-point o IPMR DI-MGMT-81861 o NDIA EIA-748 32 Guidelines o Earned Value Management System (EVMS) o Critical Path Methodology (CPM) o Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis Ability to perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis and make recommendations to solve problems Ability to create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership Ability to effectively work with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with 7 years of Planning & Scheduling, Program Cost Schedule Control, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering experience; OR Masters degree with 5 years of the same experience Active government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and program access required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company. Willingness to work on-site full time in a fast-paced environment Excellent 2-way communication skills (upward and downward) Knowledge of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development; Schedule Risk Knowledge in both EV Cost and Schedule Management Assessment (SRA) approach and execution Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees, management, and executive leadership Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Project Server environment We offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly inclusive environment! Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
