JOB TITLE: DISHWASHER REPORTS TO: CHEF DEPARTMENT: FOOD AND BEVERAGE FLSA: Hourly, non-exempt SALARY: $16.50 /hour ASM Global, a public facilities management company, has immediate openings for part-time Dishwasher at Save Mart Center. JOB SUMMARY: This position works in the kitchen cleaning and washing all dishes for our food and beverage department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This position works in the kitchen cleaning and washing all dishes for our food and beverage department. Follows all safety rules and regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Helps to maintain all kitchen equipment and its cleanliness. Maintain a clean, safe working environment at all times. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age or older. At least 6 months experience in a dishwasher position. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Must have graduated from High school or have GED. At least (6) months experience in a food service dishwashing position. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to follow direction. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, work with groups and as a team member. Positive, customer service oriented attitude at all times. Strong knowledge of sanitary practices. Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards. Work ethic encourages strong urgency and quality in a team environment. Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks. Attention to detail. Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
